Empowering every organisation in Australia to make their greatest contribution to Indigenous engagement.

Our mission is to support Australian organisations to set up, improve, scale and deliver Indigenous affairs programs as part of the collective national effort to close the gap.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging and celebrate the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their ongoing culture and connection to lands, waters and skies.

The problem

Despite a significant increase in the number of Australian organisations with Reconciliation Action Plans (RAP) or Indigenous engagement strategies over the past decade, the health and life expectancy gap between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians is not closing.

Corporate Australia is in a prime position to support with closing the gap by driving practical, meaningful, and sustainable change through Indigenous Affairs programs.

However, a different shared value approach is required to achieve this goal.

How we solve it

Evaluation

The most successful social inclusion programs are based on a shared-value approach. We help companies assess the impact of their Indigenous affairs strategies, programs and initiatives for increased value creation.

Strategy

Whether your company is just beginning its journey or looking to take the next step, we can help design, implement, measure and assess your Indigenous affairs strategy, programs and initiatives.

Procurement

Sustainable social procurement is based on creating long-term relationships that are commercially beneficial for all parties. We help with Indigenous supplier pipeline development and supplier diversity strategy execution.

Partnerships

The approach to community and charity partnerships needs to evolve beyond tokenism. We help identify, leverage and implement strategic partnerships that provide meaningful and sustainable benefits for all parties involved.

Employment

Having provided more than 10,000 job opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, we know that employment can be life changing. We assist with policy, process and procedure reviews, develop and implement tailored employment, retention and career development programs.

Coaching

Improved understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, history and cultures is the foundation of successful Indigenous engagement. We provide tailored coaching for executives and senior leaders to increase understanding of, and connection to, Indigenous Australia.
